Please read these Terms of Use carefully before using entrylevel.ng/. By accessing or using our Platform, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use the Platform.

1. About entrylevel.ng/

entrylevel.ng/ is a graduate intelligence platform operated in Nigeria, designed to connect Nigerian students, NYSC corp members, and fresh graduates with entry-level jobs, internships, graduate trainee programmes, NYSC postings, and scholarships. The Platform also provides employers with access to a verified database of graduate candidates.

2. Eligibility

To use entrylevel.ng/, you must:

  • Be at least 16 years of age
  • Be a Nigerian student, graduate, NYSC corp member, or an employer/recruiter operating in Nigeria or hiring Nigerian graduates
  • Provide accurate and truthful information when registering and building your profile
  • Have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement

3. User Accounts

When you register on entrylevel.ng/, you are responsible for:

  • Maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials
  • All activities that occur under your account
  • Notifying us immediately at support@entrylevel.ng if you suspect any unauthorised use of your account

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or that we believe are being used fraudulently or in a manner that is harmful to other users or to the Platform.

4. Candidate Users — Your Responsibilities

If you are using entrylevel.ng/ as a student, graduate, or NYSC corp member, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate, honest, and up-to-date information on your profile, including your qualifications, academic records, and work or leadership experience
  • Not misrepresent your qualifications, grade point average, internship history, or any other information on your profile
  • Not create multiple accounts for the same individual
  • Not use the Platform to harass, defraud, or mislead employers or other users
  • Accept that employers may verify the information on your profile through independent means

5. Employer Users — Your Responsibilities

If you are using entrylevel.ng/ as an employer, recruiter, or hiring organisation, you agree to:

  • Post only genuine job listings, graduate trainee programmes, NYSC postings, internship opportunities, and scholarships
  • Not use candidate profile data for any purpose other than legitimate hiring and recruitment
  • Not contact candidates for purposes unrelated to employment
  • Not share, sell, or transfer candidate data to any third party without the express consent of entrylevel.ng/ and the relevant candidates
  • Comply with all applicable Nigerian labour laws and regulations when hiring candidates discovered through the Platform
  • Not post misleading, discriminatory, or fraudulent job listings

6. Prohibited Conduct

You must not use entrylevel.ng/ to:

  • Post false, misleading, or fraudulent content of any kind
  • Scrape, harvest, or systematically collect data from the Platform without our written permission
  • Use automated tools, bots, or scripts to access or interact with the Platform
  • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Platform or to another user’s account
  • Upload or transmit any malware, viruses, or harmful code
  • Engage in any activity that disrupts or interferes with the functioning of the Platform
  • Violate any applicable law or regulation, including Nigerian data protection laws
  • Discriminate against any candidate on the basis of gender, ethnicity, religion, disability, or any other protected characteristic

7. Intellectual Property

All content on entrylevel.ng/ — including the website design, logo, text, graphics, and software — is the property of entrylevel.ng/ or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any content on the Platform without our express written permission.

By submitting content to the Platform (including profile information, job listings, or other materials), you grant entrylevel.ng/ a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use, display, and distribute that content for the purposes of operating the Platform.

8. No Guarantee of Employment

entrylevel.ng/ is a platform that connects candidates with opportunities. We do not guarantee that any candidate will secure employment, an internship, a scholarship, or an NYSC posting through the Platform. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or legitimacy of any job listing or employer profile on the Platform, although we take reasonable steps to verify employers and listings.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, entrylevel.ng/ shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of employment opportunity, or financial loss.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the amount you have paid to us in the twelve months preceding the claim, or NGN 10,000, whichever is greater.

10. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold entrylevel.ng/, its directors, employees, and agents harmless from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your breach of these Terms, your use of the Platform, or your violation of any law or the rights of any third party.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Platform at any time, with or without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms or if your use of the Platform is harmful to other users, employers, or the Platform itself. You may also delete your account at any time by contacting us at support@entrylevel.ng.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. When we do, we will post the updated terms on this page with a revised “Last updated” date. Your continued use of the Platform after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms of Use shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Nigeria.
